Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges. Contact us via phone or our booking system as soon as possible.
Late Cancellations (Less than 48 Hours’ Notice)
Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service cost.
No-Shows
Missing an appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the service cost.
Repeated Cancellations, Reschedules & No-Shows
Clients with repeated cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows may be required to pay a nonrefundable booking deposit for future appointments or adhere to stricter booking terms.
Emergency Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of illness or family emergencies, we are happy to reschedule without penalty. Please notify us as soon as possible.
- Brazilian waxing – 18+ only (not available to minors)
- Bikini waxing – 16+ with signed parent/guardian consent
- All other waxing services (under age 16) – Requires signed parent/guardian consent and parent/guardian present in the treatment room
